These terms apply when you use warmpaka.com or buy from Warmpaka. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Last updated: September 2026.

1. Our products

Our products are handmade, so color, size and pattern may vary slightly from the photos. We do our best to describe every item accurately. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If a price or product is listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

2. Orders and payment

An order is accepted once we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud; if we do, we will refund you in full. We are not responsible for payments declined by your bank or card issuer.

3. Cancellations, returns and shipping

To cancel an order, email support@warmpaka.com as soon as possible; we can cancel orders that have not shipped. Returns are covered by our Return Policy, and delivery by our Shipping Policy.

4. Use of the website

All text, photos and designs on this site belong to Warmpaka or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the site, for example by trying to hack it, scrape it or disrupt it.

5. Accounts

If you create an account, please keep your password safe and your information up to date. You are responsible for activity on your account.

6. Reviews and content you share

If you post a review or send us photos, you allow Warmpaka to show them on our website and social media. Please do not post anything unlawful or offensive; we may remove it.

7. Links to other websites

Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Warmpaka is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; changes apply from the date they are posted. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and the United States.
