Return Policy

We want you to love your Warmpaka piece. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

Return window

• Returns must arrive within 15 days of the day you received your order.
• Returns that arrive after 15 days have a 25% restocking fee. Returns older than 20 days are not accepted and will be sent back at your expense.

Condition

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, scent-free and have all tags attached.
• Please include your packing slip.
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.
• Shipping charges are not refundable, and return postage is paid by the customer.

How to start a return

Email support@warmpaka.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with the return address and next steps.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email us right away with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
