What does Warmpaka sell?

Handmade alpaca goods from Peru and Ecuador: ponchos, sweaters for women and men, gloves, socks and alpaca-fur stuffed animals. We also sell handmade knit cardigans for babies and toddlers.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every piece is made by hand by artisan families in the Andes, so each one is a little different.

What are your products made of?

Our ponchos, sweaters, gloves and socks are made with alpaca fiber; some fleece-lined gloves have a soft fleece lining. Our stuffed animals are made with real alpaca fur. Our kids' cardigans are hand-knit from a soft yarn blend and are not alpaca. Each product page lists the details.

How do I care for alpaca?

Hand wash in cold water with a mild or baby shampoo. Do not wring. Press out the water between towels and dry flat, away from direct heat and sun. Spot clean stuffed animals with a damp cloth. More tips on our Care & Packing page.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free on every US order. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not at the moment. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Can I track my order?

Yes. When your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking number.

Which sizes do you offer?

Sizes are listed on each product page. Ponchos are one size fits most. If you are not sure which size to choose, email us and we will help.

What is your return policy?

You can return unworn items within 15 days of delivery. Refunds are issued as a store gift card. Full details are on our Return Policy page.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Venmo. Checkout is secure and encrypted.
