Shipping is always free within the United States. No code needed.
Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada and most of Europe, including the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Portugal, Poland, Luxembourg and the Czech Republic.
How long does delivery take?
- US orders: most arrive within 2 to 7 business days. A few items may take up to 10 business days.
- Need it faster? Choose Priority Processing at checkout.
- International orders: typically 7 to 21 business days after shipping. Faster options are available at checkout.
International shipping (Canada & Europe)
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.
Customs, duties & import taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST) and customs fees charged by your country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the buyer. They are usually collected by the carrier or your local customs office when the package arrives.
Because these fees vary by country and order value, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you'd like an estimate. Customs processing can occasionally add a few extra days to delivery, which is outside our control.
If a package is refused or returned because customs fees were not paid, we can refund the order minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Holiday orders
Carriers get busy in November and December. Order early so your gifts arrive on time.
